This workshop is presented by Midweek Compassion Ministry | midwestcompassionministry.com.  

Each speaker is a professional counselor and they will cover topics like grief, anxiety, depression, emotional self-regulation, meditation, parenting, trauma, and the mind, body and soul connection. You'll receive resources to equip you on your mental health journey and be able to connect with other faith-based friends searching for healing.

This is for anyone and everyone from the Dayton community, we welcome you and hope you will enjoy this very special workshop.  

Lunch will also be provided.
